I would like to say how impressed I am with the customer service I received whilst shopping with American Apparel (online). I ordered an item of clothing from the website and it was the wrong size (my fault for ordering a size too big) I sent it back and my replacement arrived extremely quickly without fuss or problems. Unfortunatly the zip broke on my item so I called the customer service number and they had no problem with sending me a replacement item. The person on the phone was very polite and extremely helpful.
